You can disconnect a connected service at any time and may request deletion of personal information and connected-service data associated with your Dashlee account. These instructions apply to data received from Meta, Google, CRM providers, and other services you connect to Dashlee.
Disconnect an Advertising Integration
Sign in to Dashlee, open the Widgets area, select the applicable Meta Ads or Google Ads category, and choose the disconnect option. Disconnecting removes the stored provider authorization credentials and stops future synchronization for that provider.
You can also revoke Dashlee's access from your Meta or Google account settings. Provider-side revocation stops future API access but may not by itself delete historical reporting data already synchronized to Dashlee.
Request Deletion
Email us at info@dashlee.aiwith the subject “Dashlee Data Deletion Request.” Include the email address used for your Dashlee account, the connected provider, and the relevant business or location name. Do not send passwords, access tokens, API keys, payment-card details, or other secrets.
We may ask you to verify your identity and authority over the affected account before processing the request. If an agency or account owner submits a request for a client location, we may also verify that the requester is authorized to control that location and its connected data.
What the Request Covers
After verification, we will delete or de-identify applicable integration records, stored provider credentials, selected advertising-account metadata, synchronized advertising reports, and other personal information covered by the request. We may retain limited information when required for legal compliance, security, fraud prevention, billing records, dispute resolution, or enforcement of our agreements.
Timing and Confirmation
We will acknowledge the request and process it within the period required by applicable law and relevant platform rules. We will send confirmation to the verified requester when the request is completed or explain if we need additional information.
