Privacy Policy

Last updated: August 13, 2026

Dashlee is operated by ThinkDone Solutions LTD(“Dashlee,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information when you use our website, dashboard builder, widgets, account area, billing pages, and related services.

Information We Collect

We may collect information you provide directly, including your name, email address, company name, account details, billing information, support messages, and any content you submit while creating dashboards or widgets.

When you connect a CRM workspace, we may process CRM-related data needed to provide the service, such as contacts, opportunities, calendar events, transactions, invoices, forms, surveys, campaign metrics, pipeline information, custom fields, and related dashboard data. The exact data processed depends on your connection, permissions, and widget configuration.

We may also collect usage and technical information, including IP address, browser type, device information, pages visited, feature usage, log data, error reports, and approximate location derived from technical data.

How We Use Information

We use information to provide, maintain, and improve Dashlee; create and display dashboards and widgets; authenticate users; process subscriptions and billing; provide support; monitor performance and security; prevent fraud or misuse; communicate service updates; and comply with legal obligations.

We may use AI service providers to help interpret user prompts and generate widget configurations. We do not use your CRM data to train public AI models unless we clearly state otherwise and obtain any required consent.

How We Share Information

We may share information with trusted service providers who help us operate Dashlee, including hosting providers, database providers, payment processors, analytics tools, email providers, customer support tools, security tools, and AI infrastructure providers.

We may also share information if required by law, to protect our rights or users, during a business transfer such as a merger or acquisition, or with your direction or consent.

We do not sell personal information.

Data Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. However, no system can be guaranteed to be completely secure. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and controlling access to your connected CRM workspace.

Data Retention

We retain information for as long as needed to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and maintain business records. You may request deletion of your account or certain information by contacting us.

Your Choices

You may update account information, disconnect connected CRM workspaces, request access to your information, request correction or deletion, or contact us about privacy questions.

Depending on your location, including California, you may have additional rights regarding access, deletion, correction, portability, and limiting certain uses of personal information.

Cookies and Tracking

We use cookies and similar technologies for essential functions such as authentication, checkout, security, and remembering preferences. We also use first-party attribution records to understand which sources and campaigns contribute to trials and customers.

Advertising measurement is enabled by default for our United States-focused service. When enabled, advertising partners such as Meta may receive page, checkout, trial, or purchase events together with advertising and technical identifiers used for attribution, matching, measurement, and ad optimization. We do not send raw payment-card details to advertising partners.

You can disable advertising measurement at any time through the “Your Privacy Choices” link in our website and checkout footers. Dashlee also treats a supported Global Privacy Control signal as an opt-out. Essential service functions continue when advertising measurement is off.

Children's Privacy

Dashlee is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

International Users

If you access Dashlee from outside the United States, your information may be processed in the United States or other countries where our providers operate.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date.
