These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Dashlee, including our website, AI dashboard builder, widgets, account area, billing pages, and related services. By using Dashlee, you agree to these Terms.
1. The Service
Dashlee helps users create dashboards and widgets from connected CRM data using natural language prompts, templates, and configuration tools. Dashlee may generate charts, tables, KPIs, funnels, summaries, and other dashboard elements based on your instructions and available data.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining accurate account information and keeping your login credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
3. CRM Connections and Data Permissions
You are responsible for ensuring that you have the right to connect any CRM workspace, access its data, and use that data within Dashlee. You authorize Dashlee to access and process connected CRM data only as needed to provide the service.
You are responsible for managing permissions, users, dashboard visibility, and any data shared with your team, clients, or other viewers.
4. AI-Generated Output
Dashlee may use AI to interpret prompts and create widget configurations. AI-generated output may be incomplete, inaccurate, or require review. You are responsible for reviewing dashboards, metrics, formulas, filters, and results before relying on them for business decisions.
Dashlee does not guarantee that every prompt will produce the exact desired widget or that every result will be error-free.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse Dashlee, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with service operation, upload malicious code, violate laws, infringe third-party rights, abuse connected CRM systems, or use Dashlee to process data you are not authorized to access.
6. Free Trial
Dashlee may offer a 7-day free trial for eligible plans. During the trial, you may use the service according to the features and limits of the selected plan.
Before you start a trial, we will show the selected plan, billing interval, price, and the fact that the subscription will automatically convert to a paid subscription unless you cancel before the trial ends. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your payment method will be charged the price shown at checkout, plus applicable taxes, according to the billing cycle you selected.
7. Subscriptions and Renewal
Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually, depending on the plan you select. Monthly subscriptions renew each month. Annual subscriptions are billed upfront and renew each year unless you cancel before the next renewal date.
By starting a trial or paid subscription, you authorize Dashlee and its payment processors to charge your payment method for subscription fees, renewals, applicable taxes, upgrades, recurring add-ons, and other charges you authorize in connection with your account.
Some plans may allow you to purchase recurring sub-account installation add-ons. These add-ons increase your installation limit only and do not include additional AI credits unless we expressly state otherwise. Unless canceled or changed, recurring add-ons renew with your subscription and are billed according to the same billing interval as your subscription.
Your subscription will automatically renew unless you cancel before the next billing date. If we change subscription pricing, we will provide any notice required by law before the new price applies.
8. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time online from your account area or billing portal, or by contacting support at [email protected].
If you cancel during the 7-day trial, you will not be charged. If you cancel after the trial has ended or after a subscription payment has been processed, your cancellation will stop future renewals, but you will not automatically receive a refund for past charges. Your paid subscription may remain active until the end of the current billing period unless otherwise stated in your account area or required by law. Recurring add-ons cancel with the related subscription unless otherwise stated.
9. No Refunds
Except where required by law, subscription fees, recurring add-ons, AI credit top-ups, and other purchases are non-refundable. We do not provide refunds or credits for partial billing periods, unused time, unused AI credits, unused features, unused account limits, plan downgrades, reduced add-on quantities, or cancellations after a charge has been processed.
Dashlee may choose to issue a refund or credit in a specific situation, such as a duplicate charge or billing error, but doing so does not create a right to refunds in other situations.
10. AI Credits and Top-Ups
Paid plans include a monthly AI credit allowance shown on our pricing page or in your account area. AI credits are consumed when Dashlee uses AI to interpret prompts, create or revise widgets, generate dashboard configurations, or perform related AI-assisted actions. Actual credit use may vary based on the complexity and length of the request.
Included monthly AI credits reset at the start of each monthly usage period and do not roll over. If your available AI credits are exhausted, Dashlee may limit, pause, or stop new AI-powered requests until your next reset or until you purchase additional credits. Dashlee may allow a current AI operation to finish when the additional usage is reasonable, but that does not increase your plan limit for future requests.
AI credit top-ups are optional one-time purchases available to active paid subscriptions unless we state otherwise. Top-up credits carry forward for 12 months from purchase, and monthly plan credits are used before top-up credits. Top-up credits have no cash value, are not transferable, and cannot be redeemed for money.
We do not automatically charge AI overage fees merely because you exceed your included AI credits. Any AI credit top-up or other one-time AI purchase will be charged only when you approve the purchase or otherwise authorize the charge.
11. Service Availability
We aim to keep Dashlee reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. Dashlee may be unavailable due to maintenance, outages, third-party provider issues, CRM provider issues, security events, or causes outside our control.
12. Third-Party Services
Dashlee may integrate with third-party CRM platforms, payment processors, hosting providers, AI providers, analytics tools, email providers, hosting services, database providers, and other services.
We are not responsible for third-party services, their availability, their data practices, or their terms and policies.
13. Intellectual Property
Dashlee, including its software, design, branding, templates, workflows, website, user interface, and related materials, is owned by Dashlee or its licensors.
You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, resell, sublicense, or exploit the service except as allowed by these Terms.
You retain rights to your business data and content. You grant Dashlee a limited right to access, process, store, display, and transmit that data as needed to provide, maintain, secure, and improve the service.
14. Confidentiality
Each party may receive confidential information from the other. Both parties agree to use reasonable care to protect confidential information and use it only for purposes related to the service.
15. Customer Data
You are responsible for the accuracy, quality, legality, and permissions related to any data connected to or used within Dashlee.
Dashlee is not responsible for errors, omissions, inaccuracies, missing records, permission issues, or changes caused by third-party CRM systems, connected services, or user configuration.
16. Disclaimers
Dashlee is provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, availability, and reliability.
Dashlee is not financial, legal, tax, compliance, accounting, or business advice. You are responsible for validating information before acting on it.
17. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dashlee will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, loss of goodwill, business interruption, or costs of substitute services.
Our total liability for any claim related to the service will not exceed the amount you paid to Dashlee in the three months before the claim arose.
18. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Dashlee, its owners, employees, contractors, service providers, and affiliates from claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from your use of the service, your connected data, your violation of these Terms, your violation of law, or your infringement of third-party rights.
19. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, create security risk, fail to pay fees, misuse the service, or if required by law.
You may stop using Dashlee at any time. Termination does not relieve you of payment obligations incurred before termination.
20. Changes to the Service
We may add, remove, suspend, or modify features, templates, integrations, limits, or functionality at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to avoid materially reducing core paid features without notice, but the service may evolve over time.
21. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date. Continued use of Dashlee after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
22. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
